Birthday food prep 🥳 This year I had one of my Birthday food prep 🥳 This year I had one of my most inspiring meals when I visited @restaurant_angelika! A plant based lunch with so much taste and deliciousness. Lucky me @politiken_mad had a interview with @rkgeranium back in November which included the beetroot beef recipe that was one of my favorites. So tonight this is on my birthday menu, together with potatoes from @hegnsholt and bearnaise from @sauceumami 🤩 🌱✨
